How do you take care of yourself on a daily basis?
Every day I try to stick to my little "rituals", thanks to which I can maintain psychophysical hygiene. Regardless of where I am and what I do, I make sure that I always find time, both after waking up and before going to bed, for exercises based primarily on yoga, breathing, calming down and listening or reading inspiring lectures. My natural allies are forests and landscape parks, which I regularly visit, sometimes in sports mode, and sometimes purely for recreational purposes. I also pay attention to my diet. I am not following any particular concept of nutrition. I am closer to listening to my body's needs; that is, I try to eat healthy and plant-based, with a specific emphasis on what my body wants to eat at a given time.

How do you understand mind-body balance?
Once upon a time, I heard the saying that "the body is a reflection of the state of mind, and the condition of the mind is determined by the state of the body." Based on my own experience and many years of workshop work, focused on the dependence of these two aspects, I could endorse this conviction. Having started the conscious work with the body several years ago, I understood the principle of its interdependence with the more subtle aspects of nature, i.e., emotions, feelings, and thoughts, which play a significant role in creating an image of myself. This experience allowed me to understand the essence of the principle of being close to each other. Making friends with your body and mind, leading to understanding what is happening in my life, making more conscious decisions and feeling internal and external cohesion, i.e. what I would call body-physical balance.

What inspires you?
As a child, I was interested in people who aroused my curiosity. This feature has remained with me to this day. I love listening, watching and meeting people who stand out from the crowd. It gives me a lot of positive motivation to act, gain knowledge and inspiration to create. Recently, more and more often, my "Disneyland" is also nature, which fascinates me with its beauty, complexity and unquestionable wisdom.
