How do you take care of yourself on a daily basis?
I try to take care of myself at various levels, physically (such as a proper diet or physical activity and yoga) and mentally (mental rest from work, talking to loved ones and drawing on their support, pursuing my passions or meditation).

How do you understand mind-body balance?
I am deeply convinced that a happy life is the ability to find balance, also in the mind-body relationship. Mind-body balance requires you to be mindful of your thoughts, emotions and body signals.

What inspires you?
Inspiration often comes unexpectedly. Sometimes because of a story heard from another person, an interesting film, a picture, flower growing in cracked concrete. So, the most important for me is to keep my eyes and heart open.
