I create educational programs. I constantly expand my knowledge of nutritional medicine, ecotherapy, natural approaches to health. I have over 30 year of experience in being an educator (University of Warsaw, Lang LTC), in teaching and managing educational processes, as well as exploring new teaching and learning methods. My goal is to increase the effectiveness of individualized development. I am inspired by sharing knowledge. I am a manager and an owner of several educational companies. In Naturally balanced, I combine my passion for a healthy lifestyle with my experience in teaching and coaching. I love nature and I spend every free moment exploring it. Digital education is my focus because I believe that new technologies open up new possibilities for sharing knowledge that previously was accessible only to specialists and experts.
