Egg muffins
Ingredients:
- 4 organic eggs
- ⅓ cup diced organic bell peppers
- ¼ cup grated cheese – cheddar or mozzarella
- Salt & pepper to taste
Steps:
- 1.Mix well in a bowl the organic eggs, diced peppers and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into the silicone muffin cups, up to the rim. Air fry for 20 minutes at 150 C, or until cooked through.
Boiled (Air fried) eggs and Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 2 organic eggs
- 8-10 asparagus
- ½ tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Steps:
- Sprinkle the asparagus with the olive oil.
- Place both eggs and asparagus inside the Air Fryer. Cook for 13 minutes at 140C.
Banana muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 40gr coconut flakes
Steps:
- Mix in a bowl the ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into the silicone muffin cups.
- Air fry the Muffins at 160 C or until golden brown for 15 minutes. Let them rest for a few minutes once out of the Air fryer.
