3 Nutritious Air Fried Breakfasts On the Go You can make in 20 minutes

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It is essential you start your day with the right energy and nutrition. But sometimes we do not have too much time in the mornings to prepare a full meal. The Air fryer comes in very handy to cook nutritious and easy breakfasts in no time. 

Let’s explore together some quick Air fried Breakfasts on the Go:

Egg muffins

Ingredients:

  • 4 organic eggs
  • ⅓ cup diced organic bell peppers
  • ¼ cup grated cheese – cheddar or mozzarella
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. 1.Mix well in a bowl the organic eggs, diced peppers and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into the silicone muffin cups, up to the rim. Air fry for 20 minutes at 150 C, or until cooked through.

Boiled (Air fried) eggs and Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 organic eggs
  • 8-10 asparagus 
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Sprinkle the asparagus with the olive oil.
  2. Place both eggs and asparagus inside the Air Fryer. Cook for 13 minutes at 140C. 

Banana muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 40gr coconut flakes

Steps:

  1. Mix in a bowl the ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into the silicone muffin cups.
  2. Air fry the Muffins at 160 C or until golden brown for 15 minutes. Let them rest for a few minutes once out of the Air fryer.
