Are you interested in discovering the wild edible foods freely available near you, led by a renowned Finnish expert – Jouko Kivimetsä – who has dedicated 20 years to “introducing people to the treasure box of Mother Earth, changing their mindset on nutrition and nature and opening them up to a new universe of sustainability”?
On Sunday 22 January Jouko will guide us on a foraging adventure in Barcelona’s Collserola park to learn how to identify southern Europe’s best wild edible plants, offering tools for you to make foraging for seasonal wild foods a part of your diet and connection to nature.

🌳 Information for the recognition, properties, cooking potential, and preservation of the plants identified
