Breakfast at 8 a.m., the last meal at 8 p.m., providing approximately a 12-hour break between meals. If we have dinner at 6 p.m., our break will already be 14 hours. It is during this time that cells begin to cleanse themselves of damaged proteins and other unnecessary components. It is essential to listen to your body and adjust breaks according to your own health and needs.
