How do anxiety states manifest themselves?

Anxiety can manifest itself in different ways. Most people experience excessive anxiety that is difficult to control. They are often affected by feelings of intense fear or panic that may occur for no apparent reason or in response to a specific situation or object. These panic attacks are characterized by a sudden increase in anxiety, physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, sweating, tremors, and dizziness. People with anxiety also often avoid situations that may cause anxiety, which can lead to limitation of daily activities and functioning. In addition, anxiety is often associated with difficulty concentrating, difficulty making decisions, sleep problems, and muscle tension. All of these symptoms can greatly affect an individual’s quality of life and require appropriate treatment.
