Agnieszka PawłowskaPsychologist, certified Mindfulness and Compassion teacher. She has been practising mindfulness for over 10 years and is one of Poland's first certified Mindfulness teachers (MBSR - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). She is also a certified Compassion (MBCL - Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living) teacher and supervisor. She is a certified Mind-Body Bridging trainer, ICC Coach and Mindfulness Life Coach. For 4 years, he has also been training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She completed training at the Oxford Mindfulness Center in the field of Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, Finding Peace in a Frantic World and Mindfulness in the Workplace, and the Teach .b training, i.e. mindfulness for teenagers, conducted by the Mindfulness in School Project. She works with adults on a daily basis - both individually and in groups, teaching them how to stop, listen to themselves, how to deal with stress, overload, intense emotions, thoughts, lowered self-esteem and building relationships. An undeniable value for her is the care for the well-being of children and adolescents, so she trains teachers, educators, and school psychologists to implement mindfulness and compassion in playing and working with students. She is also the author of a series of books for children, "Kraina Mindności".
